What is InExhale

Have you ever been in that place where you feel trapped and there's no way out? Where you can't get out of your own way? When your life, your job, your kids, your bills are all strangling you to the point of depletion? And you look to your crutch to make it all go away and feel better?

For many of us, this crutch is food. And we cling to it for life. So much so, that it dictates our life and we begin to live according to it. Every emotion is tied to food in some way. You're mad. You eat. You're sad. You eat. You're happy. You eat. Until one day you get up, look in the mirror and hate what you see. And then you get depressed. And you eat. It's a vicious cycle. And we all have been there at some point.

This is the point when you have to make a decision. When you have to decide what, or if, you're going to do something about it. To take back control of yourself and steer in a direction away from the same cyclical behavior that we've all experienced time and time again.

This is the point where you have to just stop, think, and breathe. And when you breath, it's in the exhale that you discover the thing that's really important to you. And that thing is you.
